   To receive declarations of interest in any matters coming before the Parish Council.

   Provision of time for any members of the public to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council for consideration at the next meeting. Each member of the public wishing to address the Parish Council will be allotted five minutes in which to raise their issue.

   To sign as a correct record the minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on the 12 April 2010.

    Update and information regarding insurance for the shelters
11. Police Matters - update on village crime figures and what detail the Council should receive
12. Villager issues Landscaping issue re Pasture End raised with TB Possible increase in allotment rent

    To progress issues raised with regard to development within the Parish.

    1.To review income and expenditure to date and to agree any immediate budget requirements.
