   To receive declarations of interest in any matters coming before the Parish Council.
3. Allotted time for members of the public
   Provision of time for any members of the public to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council for consideration at the next meeting. Each member of the public wishing to address the Parish Council will be allotted five minutes in which to raise their issue.
4. Minutes of Meeting
   To sign as a correct record the minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on the 11 January 2010.
5. Matters Arising from the Minutes           
   To review and update outstanding actions.

   To discuss any items that the Parish Council may wish to submit for inclusion in the next newsletter and to agree authorship.

    To consider potential funding support from the Parish Council re bus shelters

    To progress issues raised with regard to development within the Parish.

    1.To review income and expenditure to date and to agree any immediate budget requirements.
